Refund Policy

Hans Plads wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, Hans Plads will do whatever possible to remedy the situation by replacing defective products and/or parts. If no remedy can be reached, we will provide a complete refund for your purchase.

Important! All returns for refunds must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by Hans Plads. To receive an RMA number, contact Hans Plads customer service at 1-866-227-3861 between the hours of 9-5 PST, Monday through Friday.

To receive a refund, simply return the product in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt and RMA number within 90 days of the purchase. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in our warehouse. Customers assume responsibility for return freight costs unless otherwise approved by Hans Plads.
