Orders & Shipping

Orders placed online are processed immediately. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days of the order date. Once an order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it. You may however refuse the products shipped via UPS upon delivery. A refund will be provided once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped via UPS ground. Other delivery options are available, consult the shipping methods section of your shopping cart for more information. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska cannot receive UPS ground shipments and will require additional fees for shipment.
