Garden Spades

The Fraya spade works great for preparing soil and other digging tasks in your garden. The sharp squared off blade helps you make vertical cuts into soil and sod. Spades are useful for transplanting, edging, slicing and creating straight edge trenches. The polished stainless steel blade keeps heavy dirt and clay like soils from sticking to the spade. It also makes the blade much easier to clean.

Like our forks, the spade has a long forged shank for more leverage and a comfortable, padded D-type handle for a sure grip. The shaft is plastic coated steel that will last far longer than wood. Fraya garden spades are available in two sizes, the border spade and the larger digging spade.
